PAYMENT:

Deposits and Travel Insurance payments will be accepted in the form of a check or money order. In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible, it is recommended that all payments be made via a check or money order. However, it is possible to make your payment via MasterCard or Visa; a 4.5% administrative fee will be assessed.

 

AIR TRANSPORTATION:

Round trip from the United States via the arrival and departure cities will be booked and purchased by Pinnacle unless otherwise instructed IN WRITING from the client that the client will purchase their own flight. No refund will be issued by PT&T/PP on flights purchased by Pinnacle at any time. Flight itinerary and carriers may be subject to change. Airfare is budgeted for all excursions but subjects to increase or decrease prior to purchase. Pinnacle will diligently attempt to keep as close to budget as possible based on market conditions, pre-determined purchase and itinerary criteria. An increase or decrease will be noted on invoicing and payment expected by the prescribed payment schedule.

 

Airlines will try and provide a block of seating but that is not guaranteed. Individual requests for seating preferences can be made at the time of check-in only. If you are a member of a frequent flyer of affiliated program, please bring your account card to the airport on the day of departure to receive proper mileage credit. Pinnacle Travel & Tours cannot submit seating preferences or frequent flyer information as we cannot guarantee that any or all of the requests will be honored.

 

Pinnacle Travel & Tour will not be held responsible for any flight and/or Airline changes or flight cancelations and/or flight delays and/or baggage delays or lost or stolen baggage…

 

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:

Due to bus and train space, one carry-on and one checked bag per person is permitted. Standard airline baggage policies apply, usually will allow checked baggage up to 62 total inches and a range up to 50 pounds and carry-on baggage up to 45 total inches and 15 to 30 pounds. However, policies may vary from the time of printing of this brochure. Contact your airline directly before departure for current baggage dimension allowances. For exceeding the allowed limits, excess baggage fees… will apply at check-in. Our final documents will contain current information applicable to your designated airline.

 

DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Pinnacle Travel & Tours is only acting as intermediary and agent for the suppliers identified on this, or any accompanying documents, in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by Pinnacle Travel & Tours (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Pinnacle Travel & Tours shall not be responsible for breach of contract, bankruptcy or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to any traveler, travel companions or group member. Unless “guaranteed” is specifically written on the ticket invoice or reservation itinerary. Pinnacle Travel & Tours does not guarantee any supplier’s rates, bookings or reservations. Pinnacle Travel & Tours shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist or criminal activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climate conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside Pinnacle Travel & Tours control. By embarking upon the trip, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, expected or unexpected. The traveler is hereby warned of such risks and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them (SEE TRAVEL INSURANCE). Retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance of shall constitute consent to the above, terms and conditions and an agreement on the traveler’s part to convey the contents of this declaimer to your travel companions and group members. Recipient specifically acknowledges that Pinnacle Travel & Tours shall not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or last-minute changes in all aspects in regards to the printed itinerary.

 

GENERAL CANCELLATION FEES:

First deposit due on the date as stated on the registration form, subsequent payment and/or balance due as scheduled on the registration form.

 

EARLY REFUND GUIDELINES*

Flight Excursions; 100% of purchased airfare, regardless of when purchased. Airfare is purchased in the individual’s name and no longer the property of Pinnacle (PT&T/PP), this includes purchases prior to 180 days

 

180 to 91 days: loss of deposit or airfare – whichever is greater.

90 to 61 days: loss of deposit and 75% of excursion cost 

60 to 0 days: 100% loss of excursion cost

 

MOTORCOACH EXCURSIONS

180 to 121 days: loss of deposit

120 to 61 days: 75% loss of total excursion cost

60 to 0 days: 100% loss of total excursion cost

 

*On Credit Card refunds; a 4.5% administrative fee will be assessed.

 

LATE RESERVATIONS:

A $35.00 fee and a possible increase in airfare may apply for bookings received after the deposit deadline. All space is subject to availability. A $55.00 late payment fee and a possible increase in airfare may apply for late payments. Reservations are subject to deadlines with airlines and various vendors.

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

All participants must have a valid passport. U.S. Passports must be valid for at least SIX (6) months, subsequent to the group’s return date. Special entry requirements for non-US citizens may apply. Please consult the appropriate Consulate for current requirements. It is solely the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that all documents needed are completed and current. Pinnacle Travel & Tours will not be held responsible for the lack of current and invalid entry documents…

 

EURO EXCHANGE RATE:

Due to the volatility of the Euro to the American Dollar. If the Euro increases by more than 5%, Pinnacle Travel & Tours holds the right to increase the trip cost by the increase of the euro at time final payment. Exchange Rate set at the time of the first deposit.

 

MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS:

All passengers must ensure that they are medically and physically fit for travel and that such traveling will not endanger themselves or others as European travels entails a lot of walking, climbing up/downstairs, etc. Any passenger who is physically challenged must submit a certificate from his/her medical practitioners stating that he/she is capable of taking part in this excursion without assistance. If special assistance is required, the passenger must travel with a companion willing and capable of providing any necessary assistance. Pinnacle Travel & Tours will not be responsible for any medical mishap or conditions.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

It is strongly recommended that all participants buy insurance when they travel since the escort operator, Pinnacle Travel and Tours is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage or trip interruption or required medical/emergency care. DO NOT assume your health care provider covers you overseas. Pinnacle Travel & Tours offers an optional comprehensive Passenger Travel Protection insurance policy. These benefits and services help ensure the well-being of the passenger while traveling worldwide.

 

VARIATIONS:

With the exception of booking to/from excursion dates; extra stay accommodations, transportation, and activities or plans other than provided within the above tour or pilgrimage are subject to a fee from Pinnacle Travel & Tours/Pinnacle Pilgrimages of up to $250.
